Raymond Gordon

Raymond began his career in IT in 1999, earning his Microsoft Certified Engineer certification. He joined Miltown Computers, where he quickly became a key contributor, providing reliable support and solutions to clients. In 2011, Raymond took over ownership of Miltown Computers from Larry Green, driving the company to new levels of success. Under his leadership, Raymond built a strong network of skilled IT professionals, enhancing the company’s reputation for top-tier service. His focus on excellence and innovation has kept Miltown Computers at the forefront of technology, establishing it as a trusted provider of IT solutions. Raymond continues to lead with a commitment to delivering outstanding service and staying ahead in the ever-changing IT landscape.

Jeff Cookson

With over 50 years of experience in the IT industry, including 33 years at IBM, Jeff serves as a Senior Consultant and Business Developer at Miltown Computer Services. He joined the company in 2010 and has since played a key role in shaping its growth and service offerings.

Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge across all areas of IT support, with a particular expertise in project management. His vast experience allows him to provide strategic guidance and solutions that help businesses streamline their IT operations and achieve their goals efficiently. Throughout his career, Jeff has been committed to delivering high-quality service, and his deep technical understanding and leadership continue to make a significant impact at Miltown.

Brad Norrena

Brad began his IT career in 1996 as the RMA/Service Department Head for a computer parts distributor, managing a team of five. He then took over the Service Department at 123Compute / Buy Used Computers, providing support across multiple locations until June 2010.

In 2001, Brad founded R&B Consulting, offering IT service and support for end-users and small businesses. This became his full-time focus in 2010 after the owners of 123Compute pulled out of the Toronto area. Since then, Brad has operated as a one-man IT department, providing dedicated support to families, home offices, and small businesses.

In 2017, Brad and his wife Audrey rebranded the business as Norrena Services, continuing to serve their loyal clients.

Brad joined the Miltown team in mid-2018, where he now focuses on providing Managed IT Services, working with a trusted team to deliver reliable and comprehensive support.

Brian Cox

Brian began his IT career at Miltown Computer Services, where he quickly gained a solid foundation in technical support and customer service. After a few years, he was recruited to work across the country servicing medical equipment, gaining valuable experience in specialized technology.

Before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Brian returned to Miltown, where he shifted his focus to more advanced areas of IT, including server management and cybersecurity. His expertise in these critical areas has played a key role in strengthening Miltown’s service offerings, ensuring clients’ systems are secure and well-managed in an increasingly digital world. Brian’s broad experience in both general IT support and specialized sectors allows him to approach problems from multiple angles, providing effective, reliable solutions to businesses of all sizes.

Gary Coulter

Gary T. Coulter, BBA Hon., has been a valuable member of Miltown Computer Services since 2016. With over 30 years of experience in IT, Gary has worked across a wide range of industries, including SMB, municipal, military, medical, and manufacturing sectors.

His expertise spans IT consulting, system design, implementation, and troubleshooting. Gary has significant experience in on-site hardware deployments, network architecture, and BICSI-standardized cabling systems for both wired and wireless networks. He also specializes in Microsoft Server and Desktop support, CompTIA-certified training, and cloud administration for SMB markets, particularly with Microsoft 365.

In addition to his technical skills, Gary is focused on business operations, offering solutions for business continuity, compliance, and cybersecurity. He works with proven vendors like Kaseya, Datto, and Acronis for secure encrypted services and provides custom firewall setup for cybersecurity solutions. Gary is also fully police bondable, and client references and certification verification are available upon request.

Christopher Mark

Chris started his IT career with his own company, Feeling IT Services, before joining Miltown Computer Services. Since then, he has focused on enhancing IT services for nonprofits, as well as other businesses in his portfolio.

His experience led to the acquisition of Sunny Oasis Internet Corp., alongside Ray Gordon. The company specializes in web-based business solutions, and the acquisition made sense given the strong overlap in clientele and the ability to bring these tools in-house. With more than half of Sunny Oasis’s customers already working with Miltown, the acquisition further strengthened the services they offer to their clients.

Michael Maroschak

An experienced IT and Project Management professional, Michael provides IT support for Partnered Agencies, serving over 200 end users while promoting a workplace focused on equity and diversity.

With strong leadership skills, Michael manages teams, budgets, schedules, and performance analysis. They oversee Microsoft Exchange, Server, Active Directory, and Hyper-V, as well as the full range of Office and O365 suites. Their expertise extends to network/server administration, workstation support, IP phones, and mobile device management (Android phones and tablets).

[Name] is also responsible for developing and implementing new projects, training initiatives, and systems for Partnered Agencies, as well as managing hardware/software procurement and contractor relationships.

John Amoah has been helping small business owners manage their IT needs for nearly 30 years. While technology has evolved over that time, one thing remains constant: the value of bringing in specialists to address specific challenges. Christopher Derksen

With over 28 years of experience in the IT industry, Chris Derksen has built a career on delivering top-tier technology solutions and exceptional service. He founded Crave Systems in 2001, establishing a reputation for expertise in custom-built PCs, computer sales, and reliable service. Under his leadership, Crave Systems consistently earned the prestigious Milton Readers’ Choice Diamond Award, a testament to his commitment to excellence.

In 2015, Chris joined the Miltown Computer Services team, bringing his wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to further elevate the company’s offerings. His deep understanding of technology, paired with a personal dedication to providing superior customer experiences, has made him an invaluable asset to the team.

A Milton resident since the late 1970s, Christopher is deeply rooted in the local community. He lives in Milton with his wife, a respected lawyer and town councillor, and their four children.

Dino Renzella

Dino Renzella is a seasoned IT Consultant with over 35 years of experience delivering comprehensive technology solutions to businesses of all sizes. He specializes in physical and virtual server design, large-scale LAN/WAN deployment, network security, and remote workforce solutions. Dino has a strong background in VPN design and deployment, Office 365 setup and security, and Microsoft SQL Server development, including query writing and reporting via SSRS. His expertise also extends to Microsoft Access database development and upgrades, VoIP implementation, and both server and workstation maintenance. Known for his problem-solving skills, Dino provides end-to-end IT support, from design and implementation to troubleshooting and ongoing management, ensuring businesses run smoothly and securely in today’s fast-paced digital environment.
