Have been here several times in the past few years and always got excellant and fast service and advice. I use my laptop all day and night 7 days per week. Today, a Saturday I needed help fast and as I was phoning I noticed it was closing time. They stayed open for an extra hour so I could rush there with 20 minutes to go, and fixed my problem on the spot. I would not take my expensive X-1 Carbon anywhere else.
